A training facility for students to attain the experience necessary to work in radio, television, and advertising production jobs. Students enrolled in courses that are dependent on lab facilities for teaching are given priority in scheduling and use.
    Services provided include:
  • Audio production suites
  • Video editing workstations
  • Television studio and control room
  • Electronic field production (EFP) equipment
  • Digital multimedia workstations with Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, DVD Pro, Adobe® Audition®, iMovie, iPhoto, iDVD and iTunes
  • Classroom
  • Instruction in equipment operations and assistance as problems arise with any projects done with the labs
The labs are located in room 2 of the Academic Support Center (505 E. Stewart Rd.).

Lab Hours
During the first 4 to 8 weeks of the fall and spring semesters, the lab is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As the semester progresses and student projects become more complex, lab hours may be extended.

The lab will be closed on September 7, November 26, and November 27, and Decembr 25, 2009, as well as on January 1 and January 18, 2010. The lab may be closed or on limited hours November 23–25, 2009, and between the fall and spring semesters (December 21, 2009–January 17, 2010).
